Day 1–5: shared reality workshops
We host two 90-minute workshops: one for executives, one for operators. Each session ends with a short list of pains, metrics, and red lines. We record and summarize them to eliminate translation errors.
- Executive focus: ROI targets, risk appetite, visibility expectations.
- Ops focus: workflow friction, data access, staffing constraints.
Day 6–15: prototype + narrative pack
With alignment in hand, we sprint on both a working demo and a narrative deck. The demo proves feasibility; the narrative explains why now, why this team, and what success looks like.
Day 16–25: metrics + telemetry hook-up
We wire lightweight dashboards so stakeholders can see requests in, responses out, accuracy, and human overrides. Even if numbers are small, the habit signals discipline.
- Adoption: active users per cohort.
- Effectiveness: cycle time, CSAT, or cost deltas.
- Quality: factual support, escalation count, compliance review time.
Day 26–30: enablement + playbooks
Before GA we run playbook sessions for each audience:
- Executive readout with roadmap, risks, and next investments.
- Ops training with step-by-step workflows and escalation paths.
- Compliance checklist with audit logging and fallback plans.
By the end of 30 days everyone knows what’s live, what’s next, and how to measure it. Momentum replaces uncertainty, and the program earns another 90 days to scale.
